Appraisals give you the opportunity for an open and honest discussion about your role, performance issues and future.
Everyone who works for the OUH will have appraisals and these are used to agree your "Personal Development Plan".
Appraisals are scheduled to occur annually and are planned by you and your line manager (who carries out your appraisal). For more information, see the Appraisal and Personal Development Review on the OUH intranet (available to staff only).
