Detection of the BCR-ABL fusion gene - screen for the presence of BCR-ABL fusion transcripts using multiplex PCR.
JAK2 V617F - targeted analysis by allele specific PCR and pyrosequencing. Appropriate samples are forwarded to the Wessex Genetics Laboratory for analysis of the MPN panel.
Myeloid panel (multi-target NGS panel (small variant)).
