Interim Chief Executive Officer takes up post

Professor Meghana Pandit (OUH Chief Medical Officer) has taken up her role as Interim Chief Executive Officer after Professor Bruno Holthof stepped down from his post as CEO on Thursday 30 June.
She will ensure stability and continuity while the process to recruit a substantive CEO continues.
Dr Anny Sykes has been appointed as Interim Chief Medical Officer while Meghana is Interim CEO. She has been Deputy Chief Medical Office and Director of Safety and Effectiveness since 2019. Anny has been a Consultant in Respiratory Medicine at OUH, specialising in lung cancer, since 2013.
OUH Chair, Professor Sir Jonathan Montgomery, said: “I am delighted that Meghana has taken on this significant role. We are fortunate to have such a strong senior team during this transitional period, led by Meghana with her Executive Director colleagues.
“I would also like to welcome Anny to her new Board role as Interim Chief Medical Officer.”
Professor Meghana Pandit said: “It is a privilege to be asked to lead our OneTeamOneOUH and I look forward to working with colleagues at OUH including Trust Board members and our partners in the health and social care system in Oxfordshire and across the new Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care System.”
