Complaints procedure
The Department of Immunology has in place an internal policy (Immunology 1488 - Immunology department complaints procedure) for dealing with complaints which was guided by the Trust document - Management of Patient's Comments, Concerns and Complaints Policy and Procedure, as a result all staff are aware of how best to direct these.
